The same technology used by local Fire Departments to check for fire extension. The FLIR thermal imaging camera(TIC) can help detect plumbing leaks, overheated breakers and missing insulation. We use the TIC to calculate the temperature differential for HVAC & Pool Heating systems.

INSPECTION  APP  &  CLOUD

The report arrives in your email, attached as a PDF file. Our reports are compatible across several platforms, and are easy-to-read on any device. The software is setup as a template where you can view exactly what the inspector is describing. The software helps to translate all items found, and serves as a virtual walk-through with the inspector. All the findings are uploaded to a cloud while on site, and then transferred for editing purposes before you receive the final report.

METAL  DETECTORS

The Zircon MT6 is a industry leading scanner that helps the inspector locate Reinforced Steel hidden within concrete. It can decipher between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This scanner also helps to determine the nail spacing on the trusses during a Wind Mitigation Inspection.
